The company was registered in Boxing, Shandong.

2002

The first rolling mill ran with materials. The first products were produced.

2005

No. 2 aluminium foil mill was installed and tested. No. 3 aluminium foil mill was installed and tested.

2007

No. 4 aluminium foil mill finished testing successfully, and started operation. The company held the first AGM.

2008

The first running test of cold-rolling mill succeeded.

2009

Grand opening of Qingdao Loften Aluminium Foil Co., Ltd.
The high precision aluminium plate and strip project of Boxing Ruifeng Aluminum Co.,ltd started

2010

LOFTEN Shares was successfully listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the stock code is 002379.
Boxing County’s Sports Meeting was named “LOFTEN Shares Cup” .
The company held series activities to celebrate the Tenth Anniversary of LOFTEN Shares.

2011

The high precision aluminium foil project of Qingdao Loften Aluminium Foil Co., Ltd. went into production.

Loften North America started operation, covering USA, Canada and Mexico market.
